    Engineering Projects are complex and require smooth management and integration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and without compromise in quality.

    GHL prepares EPC bid packages and estimates project overall cost. We advise customers on Total Quality Management (TQM) and Project Control Services, thus providing customers complete quality assurance. GHL deploys computerized Project Management tools for all planning levels, scheduling resources control and smoothing. We appoint team specialist to plan and implement Project management requirements thus meeting clients’ needs in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

    Pre-Project Planning Services of Process Evaluation, Feasibility studies and Conceptual studies are undertaken to provide an overview of development plan and assess the techno-economic feasibility of Projects.
